Terms and conditions:

  1. This Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition. The Competition is open between 00:00am on 14th June 2021 and 11:59pm on 11th July 2021 (the “Competition Period”).
  2. The Competition is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE (“Halfords”).
  3. By entering into the Competition, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Competition, unless consent is provided otherwise.
  5. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Halfords and not to Instagram. By participating in this Competition customers agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
  6. Once per week during the Competition Period (4 weeks in total), Halfords will do a post on the Voodoo Instagram Channel (@voodoobikes) relating to the Competition (the “Competition Post”). In order to be eligible for the Competition, customers must first visit the Voodoo Instagram Channel (@voodoobikes) and do the following:
    1. Follow the Voodoo Instagram Channel (@voodoobikes); and
    2. Tag a friend in the comment section of the Competition Post; and
    3. Like the Competition Post.
  7. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  8. The Competition winners will be selected within 7 days of each Competition Post and will be awarded with a Voodoo bike supplied by Halfords (the “Prizes”). The Prizes will all be selected by Halfords and as advertised in the Competition Posts. The Prizes will all be ex-demo and may show signs of previous usage.
  9. Halfords will notify the Competition winners within 7 days of the Competition ending via the relevant Social Media Channel.
  10. The Competition winners will then have 48 hours to claim the Prize. After this time, Halfords reserve the right to select a new winner.
  11. Any social media content produced by the Competition winners shall be subject to Halfords UGC Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here.
  12. The Prizes and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
  13. Halfords reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prizes at any time. There is no alternative prize and the Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
