The British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) is one of the best-loved, most illustrious and famous motor racing championships in the world.

And with it kicking off at Brands Hatch on 7th April, you better motor if you want to get hold of tickets.

However, if you’ve already planned ahead and secured a place at one of the BTCC events, you might want to read our handy checklist on what to bring.

Before you go go go to BTCC

Roof box

Got a car full of passengers raring to go? There’s no need to worry about having everyone squashed in and around your supplies for the day. Make sure everyone travels in comfort with a roof box. Perfect for packing up all the essentials plus those extra luxuries you might want for a day in front of the action at BTCC.

Sat nav

The roads can get busy on the weekends, especially as you get closer to the event location. A sat nav can help you get from A to B in the most efficient way, avoiding traffic build-ups, roadworks and identifying potential diversions to get you there on time.

At the event

Cool box

Planning to take your own nibbles and treats? Keep everything cool and fresh all day with a cool box. You’ll even find an in-car cool box so there’ll be no risk of squashed sarnies en route.

Chairs

Whilst you might be on your feet for most of the day glued to the action, it’s a good idea to take some seating with you to take five, especially if you have little ones whose legs may tire before yours. You’ll find a great range of camping chairs for the whole family here.

Foldaway table

You might be happy with a packed lunch on your lap, but if you’re there for a long time and planning on settling down, a foldaway table will add a touch of luxury to your BTCC experience.

Accessories

Shift your dining up a gear with our accessories! Our new range of colourful tableware and cutlery allows for a perfect picnic at BTCC.

Shelter

You can’t always count on the British weather but you can count on a soggy-free experience with a pop-up gazebo. Our no-fuss shelter options provide a great way to prepare for those unexpected downpours.

Staying dry

Whilst we’re always praying for sunshine on race day, you can’t guarantee there won’t be a shower or two at BTCC. Our emergency poncho is small and lightweight enough to carry one for everyone.

Games

With the extra room in your roof box, it’s a good idea to pack a few games to keep the little ones happy throughout the day.

Staying over

‘Accommodation’

If you’re pitching up for a full weekend of fun, you’ll find tents in all shapes and sizes right here. From quick-fix pop-ups to tents roomy enough for everyone to get in, find your pitch-perfect choice from our great range.

Sleep

Staying away doesn’t mean you should live in discomfort. Bring a comfy sleeping bag suitable for chillier spring nights and an air bed for that home away from home feeling.
