Halfords Motoring Club Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Halfords Limited (the “Promoter”), Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch B98 0DE.
  • The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom including Halfords employees and their immediate families.
  • By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This Promotion is open to all valid Motoring Club members who transact with Halfords Limited and / or Halfords Autocentres Limited (either in-store or online at Halfords.com) within a given month.
  • Each month, all customers who were members of the Halfords Motoring Club (including both free and premium membership) and had at least one transaction with any Halfords Group company between 00:00 on the first of each month and 23:59 on the last day of each participating month will be entered into a raffle to win a £500/€500 Halfords voucher (the “Voucher”).
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all entrants in that month’s raffle.  The winner of each raffle will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the end of the relevant month to which the Promotion relates.
  • The Voucher can be collected by the winner from any Halfords retail store or Halfords Autocentre.
  • Entries are not limited to one per person: members will receive one entry for each time they transact and identify themselves as a Motoring Club member within the relevant month.
  • The Voucher is redeemable in-store, garage or online.
  • The Voucher is valid to spend for 3 months from the date it is available to the winner.
  • There is one prize per winner.  The Voucher can only be used once and is unique to each winner.
  • The Voucher cannot be sold or transferred. Nor can it be redeemed for cash or be returned under Halfords’ Refunds Policy.

  • The winners agree to participate in publicity resulting from the Promotion (which may include Halfords producing photography and video content for use on their social media channels) if requested to do so by Halfords and Halfords reserves the right to use the details of the winner in any publicity. Following the Promotion details of the competition winners may be published on Halfords’ social media channels, including pages relating to Halfords.  Winners may withdraw this consent at any time by giving written notice.  You represent and warrant that you either own, or have the necessary licenses in, all content that you provide to us, and that Halfords is able to use and publish such content, on its social media platforms and in marketing campaigns.
  • Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and, save as set out below, will not be disclosed to a third party or outside of the Halfords Group without the entrant’s prior consent. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is available at www.halfords.com.  You can opt-out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in any marketing we send you.
  • The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
